Bonita qualified as a solicitor in 2013, Originally, from Herefordshire and having been educated at the Bishop of Hereford’s Bluecoat School, Bonita moved to Sheffield in the early 2000’s where she completed her law degree. She completed her legal practice course at De Montfort University part time whilst she worked full time at Eversheds as a commercial property paralegal.

Main Areas of Work:

Aside from managing the operational aspects of the residential conveyancing department, Bonita acts for a wide range of residential property clients. She has a wealth of experience in a wide range of conveyancing transactions. She specialises in acting for high-net-worth clients selling and purchasing property and acts on acquisition, plot sale and re-finance work for developers. Bonita also deals with property transactions for Court of Protection clients.

Bonita has close connections and working relationship with estate agents and mortgage brokers in South Yorkshire who all highly recommend her expertise, and her friendly and personalised service to their clients.

Bonita works closely with her two paralegals, Georgina Norman and Kay Yip.
