Scott graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a first class honours in law in 2009. He went on to complete his post-graduate studies at The University of Sheffield thereafter.
He has specialised in Medical Negligence since 2010 when he started work as a Paralegal at a local South Yorkshire Law Firm. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 and has continued to practise in Medical Negligence ever since.

- Successfully claimed over £1million in compensation for a delay in diagnosis of mouth cancer.
- Recovered compensation for the family of a patient who passed away after choking on food served to her in hospital.
- Obtained compensation for a man who fell and fractured his leg whist being assessed by paramedics from North West Ambulance Service.
