Link is a vibrant group of professionals, collaborating to offer a safe space to meet up in person and share our learning journeys, while also broadening our professional networks.
We focus on business development and marketing; creating a network of like-minded people in Sheffield and beyond. We will be hosting fun, interactive events that bring us, and other professionals from different local businesses, together in ways the office can’t. Plus highlighting the fantastic venues we have here in Sheffield!
The group was created by Harriet Gardner, a solicitor in our Employment & HR Law team, who recognised the need for a dedicated space for staff members to meet informally.
Who are we?
The Link Group is made up of Wake Smith employees. Our roles vary from paralegal to solicitor, but we all have the same objective – to create a supportive network for like-minded professionals (no matter their industry!).
The Link Group meet to discuss development opportunities, share success stories, problem solve, consider upcoming local networking events, and to plan our own Link events.
We currently have 20 members, and we’re growing.
What do we do?
We meet monthly to discuss development opportunities, share success stories, problem solve, consider upcoming local networking events, and to plan our own Link events.
