Sophie graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2018 after studying Law and Criminology and then graduated again in 2022 after completing a master’s in Health Law and Ethics, also at Nottingham Trent University.

Main Areas of Work:

Sophie is responsible for handling new enquiries in the Medical & Clinical Negligence department, responding to new calls and emails and assisting the team with

• Delay in diagnosis
• Claims against GPs, hospitals, care home, dentists and opticians
• Fatal cases and dependency claims
• Medical/surgical errors
