Wake Smith is delighted to appoint Paul Gibbon as a Director in our expanding Commercial Property team at Clarkehouse Road Office in Sheffield. Paul previously worked at Wake Smith between 2000 and 2008 and therefore re-joins after spending 6 ½ years at another Sheffield firm.
He has over 14years experience working with both corporate clients and private individuals on the disposal and acquisition of all types of commercial property for investment purposes, particularly in the office and industrial sectors. Paul has particular expertise in advising both landlords and tenants on commercial leases and acting for developers in connection with the acquisition of sites for both residential and commercial development. He also specializes in the telecommunications sector advising property owners on site disposal, site redevelopment and the negotiation of documentation for mast sites, rooftop installations, in-building communications systems and large-scale fibre optic cable installations.
Paul is known for understanding the commercial needs of his clients and is committed to achieving the best possible results for his clients in the most efficient manner.
