Wake Smith Solicitors has expanded its private client and residential conveyancing departments with the appointment of six new staff.
The boost to its growing team in its Sheffield city centre headquarters includes new roles created for paralegal Kerry Green, conveyancing assistant Jean Holden and registrations clerk Lorna Drewry.
Both Jean and Lorna have returned to Wake Smith after 10 and eight years respectively.
Abi Shortte has joined Wake Smith as a Trainee Solicitor. She will gain valuable experience in four departments over the two year training contract, the first of which will be clinical negligence.
Jade Smith joins the firm, based at No 1 Velocity in Sheffield city centre, after completing her GCSEs as an apprentice legal cashier and is studying finance at Sheffield College as part of her apprenticeship.
While Megan Hancock becomes an apprentice conveyancing administrator in the residential conveyancing team while studying for an NVQ Level 2 in business administration.
