Wake Smith has launched its 2019 HR Forum programme featuring free advice sessions on TUPE, recruitment, mental health and absence management.
Following the success of last year’s events, staged in partnership with recruitment specialists Brewster Partners, four sessions will take place at the AMP Technology Centre at the Advanced Manufacturing Park in Rotherham across the year.
Event dates are Thursday March 21 on TUPE; Thursday June 27 on recruitment and best practice; Thursday September 19 for an open forum including grievance, mental health and absence management and Thursday December 5 for the annual review.
Wake Smith employment solicitors Mark Serby and Holly Dobson will present on legal advice at the March event while the guest speaker is Paul Dickinson from Rest Bandit, who combines his experience as a HR Director with the latest thinking on human performance, workplace culture and rest.
Holly Dobson said: “These network events offer the opportunity to gain valuable advice and information from employment and HR professionals as well as a chance to share experiences with your peers in various industry sectors.
“Join us for lunch and take part in our free events that combine news, talks, development activities, sharing best practice and networking. We look forward to welcoming you and helping you to improve your business.”
