Sheffield based Wake Smith Solicitors has retained the coveted IIP (Investors In People) Standard based on its staff management, quality of workplace and career progression systems.

Staff also demonstrated a strong degree of confidence in the direction of the business reflecting its longevity and stability, and praised strong role models in the firm’s leaders.
