The Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (England) (No 4.) Regulations 2020 come into force tomorrow, November 5.
These set out which businesses must shut, which may remain open subject to limited operating criteria, and which may remain open.
The drafting is complex with various schedules attached covering topics including Restrictions on service of food and drink for consumption on the premises; the Requirement to close premises and businesses, exceptions and further restrictions and closures.
