Wake Smith Solicitors and Shorts Corporate Finance have advised the shareholders of long term client Moody Direct Ltd on its sale to leading industrial pump and equipment suppliers and engineers, AxFlow UK.
Moody, which has been a client of Wake Smith for more than two decades, supplies solutions and services to the dairy, food and beverage, brewery, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors, and is headquartered in Retford.
It now becomes part of the Swedish owned Axel Johnson AB Group allowing access to opportunities across the globe.
