Experienced legal advice is offered via a three-pod structure with a solicitor and two paralegals working for you, plus contact from a specialised new business and post completion team, when required. Between us we have over 75 years of collective experience in delivering high quality conveyancing.
The team is managed by experienced Directors Bonita, Amanda and Lisa, who are responsible for a team of paralegals, and support staff.
The team prides itself on local knowledge for efficiency and has relationships with estate agents across South Yorkshire, plus other solicitors across the city, allowing quick and efficient transactions.
We work on a fixed fee basis, so you know the fees for your transaction from the outset. However, we are obliged to disclose that hourly rates for Directors in the team are £260 plus VAT (charged at 20%).
