Step 1
Instruct your solicitor

Complete property questionnaire provided by your Solicitor and return with any additional documentation relating to works undertaken on the property i.e. new boiler or extension works.
Step 3
On receipt of your questionnaire your solicitor will check all details and relevant documents and issue the contract pack to your buyer’s solicitors and to you for signature.
Step 4
Your solicitor will deal with any enquiries raised by your buyer’s solicitors after consultation with yourself for the replies.
Step 5
Once the buyer’s solicitors are in receipt of search results, mortgage offer and a signed contract and deposit, they will confirm that they are ready to start discussing a completion date.
Step 6
Your solicitor will request repayment figures on mortgages, estate agents bill and any other payments made from sale before completion date to enable the proceeds payable to you to be calculated.
Step 8
Your solicitor will send your net proceeds from sale, redeem all mortgages, pay estate agent on the date of completion to complete the transaction.
Step 7
Completion date and you hand over the keys.
